企业精益生产过程中价值流图析方法的应用
（The Application of Value Stream Mapping in
Implementing Lean Production）

要企业精益生产却无从下手，这是很多价值都会遇到的问题，所以了
解自己价值流真正的状况，对于价值持续改进，企业精益生产来说是
十分重要的。本文对价值流和价值流图析通过描绘顾客要求、产品物
流、主要供应商和信息流来绘制价值的价值流现状图，基于精益生产
中消除浪费思想发现改进的机会和关键过程进行持续改进，进而通过
过程的方法实现设定的未来状态图的方法进行介绍， 旨在为价值提
供一种基于现场的企业精益生产的有效途径和方法。希望能帮助价值
在企业精益生产过程中更好的发现产生浪费的根源并消除之，以提高
价值的竞争力。

It is the problem of many enterprises that from where and
how to implement Lean Production, so understanding our
actual value stream is very important for a enterprise to
improve continuously and implement Lean Production.
This paper introduces the concept of value stream and the
method of how to draw current state map of value
stream by collect the demands of customer, draw the
material flow , main supply and the information flow, find
the chance and the key processes to improve continuously
based on the thinking of eliminate waste in Lean
Production, and realize the future state map of value
stream with process method, thus can provide a effective
way and method to implement Lean Production for
enterprises based on the site. I hope this paper will give
some helps for enterprises to find and eliminate roots of
wastes better, increase the competitive ability of
enterprises.

价值企业精益生产，就是要根据精益思维的原则，在组织、管理、供
应链、产品开发和生产运作方面建立有效的生产方式，以消除所有不
增加价值的浪费为目标，逐步改善进而最大限度地谋求经济效益和提
高竞争力。
价值在产品开发、生产制造、管理及服务顾客整个流程中企业精益生
产所产生的巨大优势，已通过八十年代的丰田汽车公司、九十年代的
戴尔公司以及其他一些价值的巨大成功，为世界价值界所公认。
