安全行为理论在安全工作中的应用

摘 要:本文首先简要介绍了调查单位，详细了解其安全生产管理现状，熟悉其安全
生产管理组织机构及各自的职能，了解其安全生产管理规章制度，找出安全生产管理存
在的问题，主要是生产过程中的不安全行为，列出人的失误形态，并从心理、生理等方
面分析了影响安全行为的因素，分析了人的行为模式，并对导致事故的心理进行研究；
然后提出应用激励理论、心理学来消除不安全行为，同时就该单位发生的事故进行人因
事件分析，并提出建议和改进措施；最后介绍了安全行为理论在安全管理、安全文化建
设等方面的应用,并提出用 3E 原则和 4M 法来预防和控制事故的发生,从而提升企业的安
全生产管理。

Abstract: this thesis first simply introduce the invested institute, and realize thesafety
management actuality, understand the safety management agency and the effect of each other
deeply. It also understand the safety management law. Then this thesis find the problem in the
safety management, mainly the unsafe action in the course of production. At the same time,
this thesis examplize the wrong action and analyze the factor influencing the safe action in
many aspects, such as psychology and so on. This thesis analyze the man’s action model and
study the psychology that led to the accident. Then it suggest smoothing the unsafe action with
stimulation and psychology, at the same time this thesis analyze the man-cause accident in this
institute, and put forward the countermeasures. Finally, this thesis introduces the application of
safe action in safety management and safety culture construction and so on. It also advise
preventing and controlling the accidents with 3E principle and 4M method in order to enhance
the safety management of the institute.

在现代大规模复杂人—机环境系统中，随着科技的发展与进步，系统软、硬件可靠
性不断提高，运行环境也得到大的改善，由它们引起的事故比例中间下降，而人因失误
