ISO/TS 16949:2009 will be issued during the first quarter 2
009, following the ballot of the ISO TC176 and reflects the ch
anges in ISO 9001:2008. As such, the following applies:
ISO/TS 16949：2009 将在 2009 年第一季度发布，以符合 ISO

1) No new requirements 没有新要求
ISO/TS 16949:2009 introduces no new or changed requirem
ents. ISO 9001:2008 is based on clarifications or amendments
to the existing requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and those that
are intended to improve consistency with ISO 14001:2004.
ISO/TS 16949：2009 没有新的要求或变更。ISO 9001:2008 是
根据对 ISO 9001:2000 现有要求进行澄清和修正，此举的目的是为
了更好地与 ISO 14001:2004 整合。
2) Application 应用
Certification Bodies and Organizations are expected to under
stand and apply the amendments to ISO/TS 16949:2009. Appli
cation of the clarifications related to ISO 9001:2008 requireme
nts in the boxed text of ISO/TS 16949:2009 is effective not lat
er than 120 days after the release of ISO/TS 16949:2009.
IATF 期望认证机构和组织理解 ISO/TS 16949:2009 的修正条款
并付诸实践。ISO/TS 16949:2009 方框内的条款，其与 ISO 9001:2
008 要求有关的修正，将在 ISO/TS 16949:2009 发布后最多 120 天
内生效。
3) Certification status to ISO/TS 16949:2002 ISO/TS 169

The certification status to ISO/TS 16949:2002 remains in eff
ect for the certification life.
ISO/TS 16949:2002 证书在其有效期内仍然有效。
Certification to ISO/TS 16949:2009 is recognized with the ef
fective date of the release of ISO/TS 16949:2009. The certifica
tion to ISO/TS 16949:2009 is not an upgrade and its term is t
he same as the current ISO/TS 16949:2002 certificate.
